EPA accepting comments on cleanup for Modesto Superfund site
The Environmental Protection Agency is accepting comments from the community concerning its proposed cleanup plan for polluted soil and groundwater at the Modesto Groundwater Superfund site. Comments will only be accepted until 18 March 2021 via email to Anhtu Nguyen, EPA Project Manager, at nguyen.anhtu@epa.gov . Update to Initial Study of Hatch Road Auxiliary Lane
The California Department of Transportation has released an update to the Initial Study with Mitigated Negative Declaration to create an auxiliary lane on northbound State Route 99 between the Hatch Road on-ramp and South 9th Street off-ramp. The update contains public comments from the review period for the draft environemtnal document.
