Energy Employees Compensation Program
The U.S. Department of Labor has released details of the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act. The Program allows employees of certain energy facilities to file claims for benefits to pay for medical expenses. More details may be found at https://www.dol.gov/owcp/energy/

Blue Diamond Rezoning Initial Study
Blue Diamond Growers has released an Initial Study and Notice of Intent to Adopt a Negative Declaration. This concerns plans to rezone their parcels at Sisk and Kiernan to expand the almond processing facility. The public comment period is from 17 June to 17 July 2020. Comments should be sent to the Stanislaus County Department of Planning and Community Development.
