The City of Modesto Board of Zoning Adustment have planned a field trip to view proptery to be discussed at the regular meeting on Thursday, July 28 at 9:00 AM. The regular meeting will folllow at 10:00 AM in the Basement Chambers located at 1010 Tenth Street.

Dept. of Toxic Substances proposed amendment
The California Department of Toxic Substances Control is holding a public hearing 29 August at 10am in Sacramento. The hearing involves a propoased amendment of the California Code of REgulations Title 22, Division 4.5, Chapter 55 regarding establishing a list to identify Priority Products.
