Delta Conveyance Project final EIR released
The California Department of Water Resources has released the Final Environmental Impact Report for the Delta Conveyance Project. The Project involves building a tunnel system to transfer water directly from the Sacramento River to Bethany Reservoir, bypassing the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta.
