CA Bighorn Sheep Hunting Regulations

Department of Toxic Substance Control Notice
Department of Toxic Substance Control has used a public notice regarding Title 22 -- the emergancy regulation readoption amending section 66272.62, determining the initial penalty for each violation. The public comment period for this rulemaking will be Monday, March 25 through Saturday, March 30. All comments should be sent to the Office of Administrative Law (staff@oal.ca.gov) and Department of Toxic Substance (regs@dtsc.ca.gov).
