Employer Reporting of Nurse Practice Act Violations report released
The California Research Bureau released a report Employer Reporting of Nurse Practice Act Violations in California. The Report examines voluntary reporting of disciplined nurses to the California Board of Registered Nursing, as well as a review of exisitng laws requiring reporting in California and other states.
