Delta Conveyance Project final EIR released
The California Department of Water Resources has released the Final Environmental Impact Report for the Delta Conveyance Project. The Project involves building a tunnel system to transfer water directly from the Sacramento River to Bethany Reservoir, bypassing the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. Reclamation District 2091 Initial Study Levee Improvement Project

Notice of Preparation of EIR for CA Waterfix Delta Conveyance
The California Department of Water Resources is initiating the preparation of an environmental impact report for the Delta Conveyance Project involving tunnels known as Waterfix. The new EIR is according to instructions from Governor Newsom regarding reducing Waterfix from two tunnels to one.
Public review lasts through March 20. A list of public scoping meetings is available.

NOP EIR for Proposed State Water Project Water Supply Contract Amendments
The California Department of Water Resources has released a Notice of Preparation for the proposed State Water Project Water Supply Amendments for WaterFix. This NOP concerns the environmental impact report for the proposed WaterFix project. A thirty day comment period by the public will end 13 August 2018. There will also be 1 scoping meeting in Sacramento.
