Rubber Duck Race
The Friends are holding a Duck Race on the Sugar River on Saturday, August 26, 2006 (Yes! The same day as the annual Library Festival!) First prize is $500. Ducks cost $5.00 and are on sale at events on Newport's common and at the library.
