Bring your scrapbooks and supplies and join us for a fun evening on our big tables!  No distractions to keep you from getting pages done, room to really spread out, and a chance to meet with other scrapers.  Share tools, ideas and more!  Space is limited to make sure everyone has enough room to work - only 12 spots available.

Open to all adults ages 18-100!  Come bowl a few rounds or try your hand at tennis, baseball, boxing or golf at the library on our big screen with our Nintendo Wii and discover what everyone is talking about.

Weather permitting; we will be building snowmen on our front lawn.  All materials provided.  No registration required.  We’ll finish the morning with hot cocoa and marshmallows.

Open to teens in 6th-12th grade only.  Join us for an after-hours evening at the library.

Participants must be on time and stay for the entire evening.  All participants must have a permission slip to attend the late night.  Slips may be picked up at the youth desk the week before.  Only 40 spots available!  Only one slip will be given to each teen.  Emergency number during the late night:  793-7116.

January 2 – February 23

The Milwaukee Bucks Reading Challenge is open to all children in 3rd-10th grades.  Score a point for each page you read from a book, magazine or newspaper. Score 500 points to become an All-Star Reader.  You’ll earn a voucher good for a free ticket to a Bucks home game at the Bradley Center. You choose the game...either Friday, March 13 at 7:30 PM vs. New Orleans Hornets OR Saturday, March 2 at 7:30 PM vs. Portland Trailblazers.  In addition, All-Star Readers and their guests will have the opportunity to shoot a free throw on the Bucks Court after the game!

Participants who read more than 750 pages will have their names entered into a drawing for an official Milwaukee Bucks Autographed Basketball—20 kids will participate in the Halftime High Five Tunnel, 20 kids will participate in the Bucks Kortside Kids and 10 kids will be recognized on-court at halftime!  Stop by the youth desk for your score card.  All score cards must be turned in no later than Monday, February 23!
