Outdoor touches
The final cement goes in . . . the last portion of the parking lot, the bookdrop driveway, and remaining sidewalks are next up on the "to do" list at the new Marshalltown Public Library. Here workers are readying the forms to pour the sidewalk along south 1st Street while, in the background, REEP attaches the last of the sunshades to the youth department's windows.
