Here are a handful of updates about progress on the new building:
- The transformer pad is in.
- Underground plumbing is underway.
- Reinforcing steel for the foundations is currently on-site.
- The foundation for the building will be a "trench foundation." It will consist of a continuous 20-inch-wide trench around the perimeter of the building, filled with concrete to 4 feet deep.
- The anchor bolts for the interior columns are on-site.
- They have filled in dirt between the sidewalk and the street, which will be seeded.
- Trailers are all on-site.
- They have taken down a maple tree on Boone Street.
- Water service is in.
I know it's been poured for a while now, but here are some pictures of the poured curbs, sidewalks, and parking lot of the new building!
