Frank Cecil Book Signing at Williamsburg Branch
Local poet and author, Frank Cecil, will be at the Williamsburg branch on Saturday, September 23 from 1 to 3 p.m. Frank will sign copies of his recent book of poetry Gray Matters and Cloud of Glory a military action/adventure novel published in 2004.
