Need a summer diversion? How about coming to one or more of the upcoming family programs at the Brilion Public Library. For Jonas Brothers fans, the Monday movie on July 13th starts at 1:30 and features their new film that has just come out on DVD. On Wednesday, july 15th at 1:30, the Library will have a family program featuring musician Fred Turk. Fred has been performing for many years and features music that he has created. His show includes audience participation. On Thursday, July 16th, at 2 p.m. the library features Dorene Schuster from Greenleaf Landscape in a program called, "Adding color & pizzazz to your yard." All programs are open and free to the public. Come join us in the air conditioned surroundings of the Brillion Public Library.
Youth in grades 3-6 are invited to be a part of the Library's first day camp. The camp is being held July 20th-23rd from 1-4 p.m. and will feature arts, crafts, writing, dancing, music, scrapbooking and more. Sign up has been extended until July 15th. To participate fill out the form on the website, bring a plain t-shirt and some photographs and get ready to have fun. The camp will feature the following guests who will present parts of the camp: author Chris Havel in a writer's segment, Heather Ponschock in a scrapbooking program. The Friends will provide a snack every day of the camp.
