Kick off the Summer Learning Program with a rousing family musical event by Cleveland's favorite Swamp Pop band! Cats on Holiday will perform their signature Louisiana-inspired music with some help from the kids in the audience - don't miss this energetic start to a great summer at the library!!
Cats On Holiday is a Cleveland based Swamp Pop band that has been pleasing audiences for 20 years with their own special blend of Louisiana inspired rock/roots/ Zydeco. The Cats are driven by founding member, songwriter, lead vocalist and guitar/ button-box player Denis DeVito.
Over the years COH has shared the stage with such national acts as Los Lobos, Marcia Ball, Tab Benoit, Beau Soleil, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Buckwheat Zydeco, Carpenter Ants, The Iguanas, NRBQ, Leon Russell, and Terrance Simien, to name a few.
This program will take place on the library's patio or in the Rotunda, depending on the weather. Please register everyone attending.
