Join Toni Ferrarie (RYT-500, ERYT, YACEP), an experienced instructor with years of experience working with seniors, on select Fridays @ 1 PM between May and September for chair yoga!

Toni ensures that every movement is accessible and safe for all fitness levels as you are guided through a series of weight-bearing poses, designed to fortify bone strength and resilience. As you explore a range of motions, from gentle twists to soothing stretches, you'll cultivate balance and stability. Throughout the class, breath becomes your constant companion, anchoring you to the present moment and fostering a profound sense of mindfulness. Whether you're seeking to enhance bone strength, increase energy levels, or seek mindfulness, our Chair Yoga for Seniors class offers a gentle yet powerful pathway towards holistic well-being.

Sessions are limited to 30 participants; priority is given to town residents.
Please register for each session that you wish to attend!
Session meeting dates: May 17th, May 31st, June 14th, June 21st, July 12th, July 19th, August 2nd, August 30th, and September 6th.
