IN-PERSON: Cookbook Author Zachary Rodriguez, Author of My Mexican Favorites: 60 Easy From-Scratch Recipes with Authentic Flavor

Combining modern techniques with traditional dishes, Zachary Rodriguez breathes new life into Mexican cuisine. Pulling inspiration from meals made by his grandmother, he makes authentic Mexican dishes approachable and accessible for beginner cooks looking to dive into this beloved culinary genre. This event is part of Hudson Library’s “20 Years of Innovation on Library Street” celebration.
My Mexican Favorites features classic entrees, sides, breakfast dishes, and much more. Zachary Rodriguez provides mouth-watering recipes easy tequila lime steak quesadillas, chiles rellanos, chipotle salsas, Pico de Gallo, breakfast tacos, and chilaquiles verdes. Each recipe in the book celebrates Mexico through cultural insights and personal anecdotes including information where certain ingredients and recipes originate, along with tips and tricks to perfect each dish.
Zachary Rodriguez is a home chef and creator of @zrod94. He collaborates with brands like Whole Foods, Graza, and Olipop.
Registration is required. Copies of My Mexican Favorites will be available for purchase and signing courtesy of The Learned Owl Book Shop.
