Stop by the Teen Rom the last Friday of the Month for a Fan-Snack-Tic good time.

Play games, enjoy snacks, and hangout with your friends!

Monday Family Drop-I
Monday, Apr. 1, 9:30 a.m.
Young children of all ages and their caregivers enjoy rhymes, songs, and stories together. Recommended for children ages 2-5 with a caregiver. Registration not required. 
Baby Sign Language
Monday, Apr. 1, 10:00 a.m. (the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m.)

Babies can communicate before they learn to speak. Teaching them simple signs along with spoken words can help them to do so. Bring your little one to learn useful signs you can use together during daily life. Classes will be held the third Monday of each month. Please register for each class individually.
 
Monday Totally Three

Stories and fun that are dedicated to your energetic three year old. Caregivers must attend with their child. Registration is required. Please only register for one storytime per session.
Monday Babytime

Bag O’ Books
Monday, Apr. 1, 4:00
Prepare for National Library Week (April 7-13th) by painting your own canvas bag to hold all the books you’ll be checking out! We’ll use acrylic paint and stamps to decorate, so dress to get messy! This program is geared toward children in kindergarten through 5th grade. Children 6 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Families are welcome, but each child must be registered separately! We cannot guarantee supplies for anyone who is not registered!


 
Bucket Drumming
Monday, Apr. 1, 6:30p.m.
Kids in grades 4-8 are welcome to join us at the library as we welcome the Cleveland School of Rock for a lesson on Bucket Drumming. The School of Rock is sending one of their best instructors, a fellow drummer from the Cavs drum line, to help instruct all of us in drumming - with buckets! Don't miss this special musical opportunity! Registration is required. 
Tuesday My Time for
Tuesday, Apr. 2, 9:30 a.m.
Stories and a craft for independent 4 & 5 year olds. Children attend this storytime without their caregiver, but the caregiver must remain in the library. Registration is required. Please register for only one storytime per session.

Stories, songs, rhymes, and more for terrific toddlers! Age 2 with a caregiver. Registration is required. Please only register for one storytime per session.

DNA Investigations L
Tuesday, Apr. 2, 4:30 p.m.
Students in grades 3-5 are welcome to join us as we welcome the Great Lakes Science Center for an exciting STEM opportunity. In this hands on lab students will explore how traits express themselves and extract their own DNA! Registration is required. 
IN-PERSON: Historian
Tuesday, Apr. 2, 6:30 p.m.
Join us for an in-person author event with historian and professor Christopher Heaney, who will discuss his new book Empires of the Dead. Empires of the Dead explains how "ancient Peruvians" became the single largest population in the Smithsonian and many other museums in Peru, the Americas, and beyond. This event is part of the library’s Peru travel month programming series throughout the month of April.

Dungeons and Dragons
Wednesday, Apr. 3, 6:00 p.m.
Join us twice a month for our virtual Dungeons and Dragons campaign for grades 7-12. This campaign is Dungeon of the Mad Mage. You'll need a Roll20 (via this link) and DNDBeyond (via this link) account. We play over zoom. Registration is required.
