Each session, held on the 4th Thursday of every month, will guide participants through mindfulness practices, focused breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to promote well-being and reduce stress. Whether you're new to meditation or seeking to deepen your practice, come explore the benefits of mindfulness and breathwork in a welcoming and supportive environment. Led by Josh Melissari, staff librarian and certified meditation teacher. This workshop will be hybrid and held both in person and virtually. Registration is required.
