About our presenter: Lourdes Laifer is a life coach with a BA in Psychology and has been coaching since 2018. During the pandemic, she worked with the Department of Health, helping people navigate that extremely challenging time. Now she feels blessed to be able to help people struggling with issues like self-belief, anxiety, boundary setting, life transitions, negative thinking, and stress.

In addition to her coaching work, Lourdes is a resident in an MBSR teacher training program and loves to share the benefits of mindfulness and meditation with others.

Lourdes has lived in Cold Spring for the past 15 years, where she raised two daughters while volunteering in the community, at The Butterfield Library, and in the Haldane PTA, where she served as president. She enjoys meditation, yoga, hiking, long hot baths, karaoke, and Qigong.
