Enjoy more calmness, joy & vitality in your life this Spring by learning or practicing yoga and t'ai chi qigong. These basic and gentle standing, sitting and walking movements work together to rejuvenate physical, emotional & spiritual energy, while offering flexibility, strength, alignment & inner harmony. You will be guided in taking each pose to your personal level of comfort or more challenge. No yoga or qigong experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
