This 1 hour, low-impact chair exercise program using Sit & Be Fit videos is for adults 55+ and works on strength, flexibility, and balance. Exercises can be performed with or without weights and resistance bands.

Registration is required and class size is limited. Please bring a water bottle and light resistance bands or weights if you wish to use them. Each participate will need to sign a one-time health waiver form at their first class.
