Thanks to a grant from Polk-Burnett Operation Round-Up, the library will host its first video game tournament for all teenagers on March 7. The only requirement to participate is that you are: a) 13-18 years old, and b) like to have fun. The competition begins at 6 p.m., and winners will receive free books and more! We’ll have free pizza and soda for dinner. Please sign up in advance so that we can have enough food for everyone.

Bring your friends and challenge them at all the coolest Nintendo Wii games. Play your favorite games on our big screen. Test your skills against the librarian or a village cop! Also, we’ll announce how teens can have more access to the library’s Wii. If you don’t have a library card, you can sign up for one at the Wii Tourney. If you do have a library card and it has fines, you will still be able to participate.
