The City of Modesto Board of Zoning Adjustment will hold a field trip Thursday 27 June at 8:45am at 10th Street Place Lobby. The field trips involve use permits for converting a wireless communication pole at 420 Paradise Rd, and installing a new electronic message board sign at 1528 Oakdale Rd.

Family Kite Day at Pacheco State Park
The 18th annual Family Kite Day at Pacheco State Park will take place Saturday 15 June from 11:30am to 2:30pm. Pacheco is located at 38787 Dinosaur Point Rd Hollister CA. The $10 per car fee allows free day use of San Luis Reservoir Recreation Area the same day.
Events include make your own kite, face painting, pie eating contest, crafts, and bubble gum blowing contest. There is no drinking water at the Park, so bring your own beverages and food.
