Potter Party
Join the rest of the Polk County Potter fans as we anxiously await the release of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” during a pre-publication Potter Party on July 20 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Milltown Public Library. There will be two chances to win your very own copy of the seventh book. One copy will be raffled as a door prize, and the other will be given away to the person best dressed as a character from J.K. Rowling’s books. The prize books may be picked up the next day at 10 a.m. at the library. The Potter Party will feature Butter Beer, Transfiguration, potions like Secret Snitcher and Exploding Filibusters, Herbology, and Quidditch. There will also be Harry Potter trivia challenges. This event is free and open to all ages. No registration is required.
