Meeting Room Application

The library's meeting room is available for use by non-profit community groups during times that it is not being used for library purposes. Room capacity is 134, and there are 14 tables and 50 chairs available. There is a small kitchenette with sink, refrigerator and microwave. Other equipment includes a podium, projector, projector screen/whiteboard, TV/VCR/DVD player, CD/cassette player and microphone.

Please note available times:

  • Between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
  • Between 9:15 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Saturday.
  • Between 11:45 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Sunday.
  • Meetings extending after library open hours must start during library open hours.
  • Library open hours are: Monday-Thursday 9:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Friday-Saturday 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., and Sunday 12:00 – 3:00 p.m.

  • I am an authorized representative of the organization named above.
  • I have read and agree to comply with the regulations for use of the E.D. Locke Public Library meeting room.
  • I accept responsibility for any damage to library property and will report such damage to library staff.
  • I will be responsible for returning the room to its original condition.
  • Members of my group will not park in the library parking lot, unless there are mobility concerns. Parking is available along Long Street and the Municipal Center parking lot.
