]]>Yoga Nidra, often referred to as “yogic sleep” is a guided meditation that allows you to enter a state of conscious physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Yoga Nidra is known to facilitate profound healing and transformation through finding complete rest in a state of dynamic sleep. The program will start with some light grounded movement, and a moment to find your sunkalpa. You will then lay in shavasana the entire time as you follow the guided mediation into deeper layers of consciousness within a state between wakefulness and sleep.
