Do you have what it takes to be crowned The Great Brookside Bake Off Champion? Show off your baking skills at the Mendham Township Library Garden Party & Open House! Bring your best homemade baked goods and let attendees be the judges. Guests will sample the delicious entries and vote for their favorite, with the winner earning bragging rights and the coveted title!

The Great Brookside Bake-off Instructions:

General Rules:
10 spots available. 
Each entrant must make a sweet dessert of their choice.
Each entrant must provide 50 bite-sized, ready-to-serve samples for voters to taste.  
Each entrant should consider the presentation of their dessert. The Library will not have trays or plates for entrants to use. 
The Library suggests that each entrant bake a separate whole and complete dessert to be on display in addition to the 50 samples.  Alternatively, each entrant may bring a picture of the complete dessert to be displayed.
Each dessert should be clearly labeled with its name and any allergen information. 

Competition Format:
Entrants will drop off their desserts by 4:00 pm on Friday, May 9.
Desserts will be displayed and voting will take place from 6:00 - 7:15 pm.
Patrons will sample the entries and cast their votes for their favorite dessert. 
The dessert with the most votes at 7:15 pm will be declared the best and the winner will be announced at 7:30 pm.
The winning baker will receive a special prize and bragging rights as The Great Brookside Bake-off Champion!
