Liz Lewis is the Shellfish Biologist and Deputy Shellfish Constable for the Town of Barnstable in Massachusetts. Liz went to undergrad at the University of Vermont and studied Natural Resources and later received her Masters in Public Policy and Environmental Law from UMass Dartmouth. She, and her team. grow roughly one million oysters annually and occasionally dabble in softshell clams, bay scallops, and surf clam experiments.
