This 45 min. class uses light hand weights, balls, bands, rings to add resistance, enhance
muscle tone and mobility by integrating and working on Strength, Stamina, Stretch and Stability.
It includes a thorough warmup and a relaxing cool down. Get fit tone your muscles and feel great!
