The Fine Arts Gallery will showcase an exhibition of oil paintings, portraits, abstracts and floral abstracts by local artist Shelley Phillips throughout September and October 2024. Shelley will meet and greet friends, family and interested members of the public to discuss her work between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m..
