Monthly Friday afternoon movies return this month!
Each month we will screen a different modern, classic movie. This program will be held in-person at the Library.

The tentative schedule for movies is as follows:
January- City Slickers- Three New Yorkers sign up for a cattle drive on a western dude ranch in this comedic farce.
February- Groundhog Day- An obnoxious weatherman finds himself reliving the same day over and over.
March- Hoosiers- A disgraced basketball coach takes a job at a small Indiana high school and leads the squad on a run for the state championship.
April- Back to the Future- An eccentric scientist builds a time machine, which accidentally transports a high school student back to the 1950s.
May- Sister Act- After witnessing her gangster boyfriend commit a murder, lounge singer Deloris evades capture by hiding in a convent.
June- Little Shop of Horrors- A quiet, shy flower shop employee finds an extraordinary plant with an unusual appetite.
July- Raiders of the Lost Ark- Archaeologist, Indiana Jones, is sent on a mission to locate the elusive Ark of the Covenant.
August- The Natural- A middle-aged rookie takes the baseball world by storm with his self-made bat.
September- The Outsiders- The Greasers are at odds with the Socials, a rival group. When Greasers Ponyboy and Johnny get into a brawl that ends in the death of a Social member, the boys are forced to go into hiding
October- Young Frankenstein- In this iconic spoof, Dr. Frankenstein takes up where his grandfather left off, getting his assistant to rustle up some body parts of the recently deceased in order to create a perfect being.
November- On Golden Pond- Norman has an estranged relationship with his daughter Chelsea. At Golden Pond, he and his wife agree to care for Billy, the son of Chelsea's new boyfriend, and a most unexpected relationship blooms.
December- A Christmas Story- It's the final days before Christmas and 9-year old Ralphie wants one thing from Santa Clause; "an official Red Ryder, carbine action, two-hundred shot range model air rifle!"
