Adulting 101: Life Skills for the 21st Century

Adulting 101: Life Skills for the 21st Century is a series of fun and informative workshops designed for emerging adults ages 16-21. Participants will learn valuable skills to support them in their adult and workforce preparedness through a set of five modules. For more information call 805-925-0994, ext. 8562.
The module for February 16th is Workplace Know-How. Library staff and Recreation and Parks staff will present valuable information on resumes, cover letters, job searching, filling out job applications, and preparing for interviews. Staff from SMRT will share transportation information including how to read a bus schedule and how to best utilize public transportation. Refreshments will be served.
