Mindfulness is a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations and surrounding environment.The use of Mindfulness techniques with a focus on sleep provides the mental space needed for better sleep.  Come explore as we take a look at Mindfulness techniques as a tool to help us sleep better. This will be presented by the FEMA Hope and Healing Program with RWJBarnabas Health Institute for Prevention & Recovery.
