Improve your strength, flexibility, and mobility in Lucianna’s Chair Yoga class! Lucianna says that a chair is an amazing tool that offers support for your body, but that’s not all. A chair can also make things a little challenging, in a good way! Her unique sequences combine an array of movements and stretches that will have you learning something new every class. The exercises that you’ll practice with Lucianna can also be done at home. Whether you join her for one class or all six, you will see an improvement in the strength, flexibility, and mobility of both your body and mind. Registration is required.
