The term WuJi describes the full power of the human being and the entire universe.  We will learn a form that brings awareness, in the body and mind, of the subtle energies that generate vitality, healing, and peace.
Science shows that TaiChi and Qigong are good medicine and good exercise.  Adults and Teens are welcome.
Registration is required.
