Celebrate Japanese Children's Day by making your own Mini "Koinobori" Flying Carp! Use supplies you already have at home or contact the Goleta, Buellton or Solvang Libraries to reserve your free craft kit! Limited number of kits will be available for pickup during the month of May during Sidewalk Service hours on Wednesday-Saturday from 11am-4pm.
