The scientific community has recently been exploring the use of meditation as a healing modality. Please join Arlene Samsel, long time meditator, for this powerful program as she discusses the extraordinary effect of meditation to reduce stress-related responses, improve concentration, and enhance clarity of thought and mental equilibrium.

She will also present a simple, time-tested, ancient, and effective meditation technique.

There will be a short meditation sitting as well.
