This will be the final meeting of the Great Stories Club. During this meeting we will talk about the book Always Running by Luis J. Rodriguez and listen to an interview with the author. Additionally, the participants will be asked to create a mural that represents their shared experience throughout the series. We will end with a celebration of what we have accomplished. This book is available in both English & Spanish.
The Pawling Library is honored to have been selected as one of 58 libraries nationwide to take part in the Great Stories Club, a reading and discussion program for underserved teens. These competitive grants are offered by the American Library Association (ALA) with support from the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH). The Library has received two Great Stories Grants and is partnering with Camino al Éxito to bring teens age 13 & up a book discussion series in English & Spanish.

Esta será la reunión final del Great Stories Club. Durante este encuentro hablaremos sobre el libro Siempre Corriendo de Luis J. Rodríguez y escucharemos una entrevista con el autor. Además, se pedirá a los participantes que creen un mural que represente su experiencia compartida a lo largo de la serie. Terminaremos con una celebración de lo que hemos logrado. Este libro está disponible tanto en inglés como en español.
