Show us what Summer Fun means to you by entering the Cameron Park Library’s summer photo challenge! Whether you’re capturing golden sunsets, backyard adventures, or joyful family moments, we want to see your snapshot of the summer season. This contest is open to adults of all experience levels, from beginners to professionals. It doesn’t matter whether you shoot with a smartphone or a professional camera - use whatever equipment you have.

This year's theme is Summer Fun. Submit your photo in .jpeg format to: cplibraryphotos@gmail.com. Please include your first and last name in the body of the email. Submissions begin Tuesday, June 2nd and are due before 5:00pm on Monday, June 30th. Limit one submission per person.

Submissions will be reviewed for appropriate content, adherence to the theme, and image quality. Qualifying images will be posted to the Cameron Park Library Facebook page, where the community will vote on the winner. Voting is open on July 7th and closes on July 18th at 5:00pm. The winner will receive a fun prize!  

This special program is held as part of the Level Up at Your Library: Summer Reading Challenge 2025, so join in, get creative, and celebrate summer through your lens!
