Thrive on the Divide community Advisory in partnership with the Georgetown Library/Hub 4 will be hosting the 2nd FREE Chair Yoga for Seniors on Saturday, April 13th from 11:00-Noon at the Georgetown Library. Chair yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga. It's great for beginners, seniors, and those coming back to physical activity following an injury or illness.
