Add a splash of color to your world! Join us for a fun and creative pottery-painting experience, where you'll design your own vibrant mandala tile with the help of Third Coast Clay. Once painted, your masterpiece will be glazed, fired, and ready for pickup in about a week—we’ll notify you when it’s time to bring your artwork home!

Join author Soraya Cates Parr as she discusses her most recent work, “Nashville Native Orchids: Astonishing Science and Mysterious Folklore,” an exploration of several orchid varieties that are native to the Nashville area and how to identify them. The presentation will also cover both the history of orchids, including folk traditions, as well as present-day environmental challenges that the local orchids face, such as land development and climate change.
