The Intro to Yoga 5-part series is for beginners looking to learn Vinyasa flow yoga. The class will teach new yogis the foundational poses and breathing through description and demonstration. No previous experience is needed to participate and there's no cost! This beginners class moves at a slower pace than a level 1 Vinyasa class.
Maya Lantgios is a newly certified power Vinyasa flow yoga instructor. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training at Amazing Yoga in Pittsburgh. Maya has been practicing yoga for almost 10 years along side other sports. She completed her undergraduate and Masters degrees at Chatham University and currently works as a butchering workshop instructor out of the Center for Regional Agriculture, Food, and Transformation (CRAFT) at Chatham University.
