Virtual Adult Program: Yoga for All Ages

Yoga via a chair or mat is a gentle yoga offering that is appropriate for nearly everyone. Modifications are offered throughout the class, allowing each student to progress at their own pace.In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.

- Gradual Stretching - Warm Up the Muscles
- Yoga Poses
- Short Guided Meditation to Close Class
