Join us for a demonstration workshop with Tri Gable Lea Farms. Every culture has their native fermented foods. We will focus on classic Lacto-Fermented Dill Pickles and Sauerkraut by demonstrating all of the key steps in making both. We'll cover standards of cleanliness, basic kitchen equipment, key ingredients and recipes.
