Join us for a demonstration workshop with Tri Gable Lea Farms. Every culture has their native fermented drinks. They all rely on similar processes. We will focus on Kombucha & Kefir by demonstrating all of the key steps in making both drinks. We'll cover standards of cleanliness, basic kitchen equipment, key ingredients and recipes.
