STEMtastic: Algae St

Did you know that large brown algae contains polymers (long chains of molecules) that can be used to create string? Join us to create your own custom string that can be used to make friendship bracelets, crafts, and more!

Book Club gets outside for the summer, meeting at the picnic shelter at Sears Park. Bring your own comfy chair and come together to read and discuss the monthly selection. Copies of the month’s book are available for checkout at the circulation desk. Please register as inclement weather may affect the location and require notification.

Join Miss Jondahl as she takes this fun-filled, action-packed program on the road to Seamster Park!  This early literacy program incorporates lots of music, movement, and BUBBLES of course.  Sing songs, dance to favorites, work out those Monday wiggles. Bring a chair or blanket and meet up under the tree. For ages 2 and up, siblings welcome. No registration required.
