Ingredients: (Recipe Serves 1)

- 1 - 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Salt
- Garlic Powder
- Black Pepper
- 1/4 C. Shredded Cheese of Choice
- 1/4 C. Sour Cream
- 1 Green Onion or Substitute Chives or Other Onion of Choice
- 1 - 2 Bacon Slices (Optional, can Substitute Smoked Paprika)
- 1 Tbsp. Avocado Oil or Oil of Your Choice
- Honey Wheat Braided Pretzel Twists
- Wrapped Caramels
- Chocolate Chips

- 2 Baking Ssheets
- Parchment Paper or Foil
- Large Mixing Fowl
- Small Mixing Bowl
- 2 Microwavable Bowls
- 3 Large Spoons or Rubber Spatulas to Mix with
- Measuring Cups and Spoons
- Cutting Board
- Sharp Knife
- Skillet
