- 1 Apple
- 2 Slices of Cheddar or Cheese of Choice
- 2 Tbsp. Butter at Room Temperature
- 1 Onion (Optional)
- 2 Tbsp. Cream Cheese at Room Temperature
- 2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter or Nut Butter (Optional)
- 1 Tbsp. Honey, Maple Syrup, or Sweetener of Choice
- 1/4 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 Slices of Bread
