Fans of graphic novels and comics in grades 3-5 are invited to join us for Graphic Novel Book Club.
Each week will be a chance for children to get to know each other, discuss the graphic novels they have read – what they liked and disliked about them, and what graphic novels they would like to read as a group going forward.
Registration is required and space is limited. You can stop by the library to check out a copy of the graphic novel at the Children’s Desk.
October 2: Amulet #1, The Stonekeeper by Kazu Kibuishi (Age 8-11 years old)
October 9: El Deafo by Cece Bell (Age 7-10 years old)
October 16: Ghost by Raina Telgemeier (Age 8-11 years old)
October 23: Lunch Lady and the Cyborg Substitute by Jarrett J. Krosoczka (Age 7-9 years old)
October 30: Bone: Out from Boneville Vol #1 by Jeff Smith (Age 8-12 years old)
