Find the Gift in Pain: A Grief Class for Survivors of Suicide Loss

Tuesday, Aug. 12, 6:00 PM
Registration required, begins Jun 9.
Have you lost a loved-one to suicide?

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), suicide ranks among the leading causes of death in the United States, with over 45,000 lives lost each year. Each of these deaths leaves behind an estimated 135 people profoundly affected, including family members, friends, and colleagues.
Losing a loved-one to suicide can cause immense grief, and it’s imperative you process your feelings. A support group specifically for people who have lost a loved-one to suicide can help you feel understood without fear of judgement from those who haven’t gone through this kind of loss.
By attending class, you receive a special gift to take home and to help process your grief both in the class, and beyond the class.
They’ll be group discussion led by Coach Gina Mongiello, who is the gift creator, a life coach, and a survivor of her dad’s suicide. There will also be a journal activity. You are invited to come and just listen or participate fully.
Gina understands the painful range of feelings, thoughts, and grief that plagues survivors of suicide loss. Given her life experience, her coaching experience, and her professional expertise, she is ready to meet you in class, and to offer you support in this next leg of your grief journey.
